Fourth season of the Market launches Saturday, June 4th, 2011.

The St. John’s Farmers’ Market (SJFM) is pleased to announce the start it’s fourth season of the weekly farmers’ market. The first market of 2011 will be on Saturday, June 4th.

A wide variety of vendors will participate at this first market, including farmers with early produce, international foods, arts and crafts, fresh coffee, photography, waffles, sweet snacks, kids events, buskers… and special events!

The market will run every Saturday from June 4th until the middle of December, from 9 am until 2 pm at the Lion’s Club Chalet on Bonaventure Avenue.

The St. John’s Farmers’ Market Co-operative is the governing body for the St. John’s Farmers’ Market. It is run by a group of dedicated volunteers made up of vendors and consumers who strive to create, maintain and support the weekly St. John’s Farmers Market and all that it represents.
