– The long wait is over. Come to the first St. John’s Farmers’ Market of the season on Saturday, June 4th
at the Lions Club Chalet on Bonaventure Ave from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will be open every Saturday until December 17th
In our ninth season at the Lions Club, we will have over 120 vendors coming to the Market in rotating groups of 60-70 every week. We will have regular and several new vendors adding new flavors and colors to the Market.
Gluten and dairy free treats, vegan products such as ice cream, delicious sauces, smoked meat sandwiches, jam and preserves, crepes, waffles, a wide diversity of sweets and baked goods, artisan cheese, pickled vegetables, cold refreshing drinks, delicious local fresh brewed coffee, international food made by vendors from around the globe, and much more. Also, every week there are local artists showcasing their unique craft creations, paintings, photography and so much more.

More farmers are joining the Market every year and we will have over 17 farmers during the peak of the season. You can check some of their farmers profiles
on our website.
As with every year, we will be offering outdoor activities for kids and the whole family. Free Yoga lessons, Shakespeare by the Sea, magic comedy shows, music performances and much more. All the outdoor activities are weather dependent and they will begin by the end of June.
The Lions Club chalet is wheelchair accessible and we have indoor and outdoor seating area. Please bring cash for all purchases as there isn’t an ATM on site. Parking is limited.
Support the Market by: Coming on Saturdays, shopping using our great quality reusable shopping bags with our logo, buying our cold and hot drinks, making donations at the Market, or donating your recycling to our Ever Green account # 123-4444. We will run more fundraiser activities during the year and we will post frequent updates regarding our new location for 2018. Stay tuned!
